Alter Égaux x LE FIVE Antibes
Organized over a week, the Alter Égaux X LE FIVE Antibes event brought together some fifteen young women, all in the field of professional integration and with sometimes difficult backgrounds.
Affected and lacking in self-esteem, Alter Égaux offers these women a way of revealing and discovering themselves in a new way. To this end, interactive workshops combined with intensive coaching enable them to boost their self-confidence.
The first step was to get the women talking and discussing their respective experiences, under the guidance of Lara Deina, an occupational and human resources psychologist. The first part of the session was a time for exchange and listening.
Once they had expressed their feelings through words, the women were encouraged to step out of their comfort zones, and under the guidance of Nicole Abar (a French champion and former player on the French women's soccer team) practiced various exercises with and without a ball, playing mini-matches and so on.
For the most part, they had never played soccer before, but the important thing was to break down psychological barriers, to belong to the same team, the same group, and to exchange ideas in a way that was different from the way people talk.
