Mother-daughter tournament at FIVE Paris 18!
To round off the month of "Octobre Rose", LE FIVE was delighted and proud to welcome our friends Graines de Footballeuses to a mother-daughter tournament at FIVE Paris 18 on Sunday.
In the presence of health professionals and members of the Les Kombatives association, the young players and their mothers discussed breast cancer, prevention and other issues surrounding the disease.
The "Pink October" campaign aims to raise public awareness of breast cancer, which remains the most frequently diagnosed cancer in women worldwide, and the leading cause of cancer-related death in women.
That's why it's so important not to be afraid to talk about it, and to seek information from healthcare professionals. It's important to adopt the right reflexes, such as screening, which can save lives. Talking about it is prevention, so that we can act in time.
