THE FIVE Marville gets involved with Industreet!
Last September, LE FIVE Marville - La Courneuve and Industreet signed an agreement covering 240 hours of football and 240 hours of padel to allow these young people to practice various sporting activities (boxing, football, orienteering ...) and develop other skills such as cohesion and team spirit.
In France, the unemployment rate for those under 25 is increasingly high. To remedy this, TotalEnergies Foundations created Industreet to train 200 young people (half of whom are girls) for careers in the industry of tomorrow.
To launch the partnership, Industreet organized a 100% women's sports and exchange session on October 26 at FIVE Marville - La Courneuve. An event reserved for girls and women which highlights the journey of women who choose to evolve in environments previously “reserved” for men.
In the industrial sector, women are too little represented, which is why it was important to them to highlight their learners as well as their training which is a real professional opportunity for them. A one-hour sports session to break the ice and learn about a sport collectively, a session of exchanges and testimonies from women with inspiring backgrounds around a well-filled snack!
FIVE Marville is proud to contribute to the professional integration of all these young learners and thanks Industreet for this project.
